Quick answers about shopping, delivery, device setup, and returns on Zanvara.

Browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Sign in, enter your delivery details, and confirm with cash on delivery (COD). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

  1. Open the Zanvara App on your smartphone.
  2. Plug in your Zanvara table and wait until the indicator light softly pulses blue.
  3. Tap "Add New Device" at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Confirm that the serial number on screen matches your Zanvara table.
  5. Tap "Set Up".
  6. Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and tap "Connect".
  7. Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted.
  8. Once connected, a green confirmation message will appear: "Zanvara device connected successfully."
  9. After a few seconds, the app will refresh and take you to your Table Control Page—ready to select and draw your favorite patterns!

Pre-order tables can be ordered before stock arrives. You pay cash on delivery when your order ships. Estimated ship timing is shown on each product page.

Across Pakistan, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your address. Order 2 or more kinetic tables in one order and delivery is free.

Yes. Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Visit our Support section or contact us to start a return request.

Every product listed on Zanvara goes through a quality review before going live. We work with verified suppliers and stand behind the authenticity of items sold on our platform.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also log in to your account and view real-time order status from the My Orders section.
